NFTs are a new way of attracting customer loyalty through a creative digital product which in turn is unique. In addition to the pandemic, 2020 also impacted the world with a new way of doing business in the digital marketing characterised by a unique unrepeatable quality.

It is the Non Fungible Token, known in short as NFT. The NFTs and the Metaverse

NFTs will find a special place when the Metaverse, as planned by companies such as Facebook, Google or Microsoft, becomes a reality. In this virtual world concept users will be connected through a series of devices that will make us think that we are really inside a scenario that could be a representation of reality or something completely taken from the imagination.

In the video game sector, virtual worlds already exist to a large extent, where you can create an avatar and be part of the games via computer or console. In contrast to video games, the Metaverse imagined by large companies it will not only focus on fantasy worlds, but will also take on communicative functions and serve as a virtual reality for coexistence, work and of course business.

Businesses will be able to create their own cities or squares where customers can enter virtually to get products and it is there where NFTs can be integrated as exclusive products in these virtual spaces. The NFTs will be the hook for customers to enter the virtual spaces of the companies and this will represent profits for the business.

There is still no definite date for the Metaverso to become a reality, although work is already underway and companies should be ready to capture customers and be competitive in virtual worlds when the time comes.
